I was in a handicapped room on the first floor, due to my sprained knee. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear every  footfall on the adjacent stairway. Noise levels here cost this motel one star on the ratings scale.

Y	*	This dark and dingy motel appeared to be very old, and one of the girls found a huge roach in her room.  My toilet was loose from the wall, as were those in most rooms where we stayed that night. The climb to our third floor rooms was draining after our long ride.
